A: Look up dates online by your NPI.  You won't be listed IF more than 6 months away. https://data.cms.gov/revalidation  The data set lists your NPI during the 6 month time frame that is set for YOU.  The listings are updated every two (2) months.

Q:  How do I revalidate?

A:  Option 1:  Revalidate online with PECOS (Provider Enrollment, Chain and Ownership System)
Option 2: Revalidate with paper copy mailed/sent via a signature required delivery method (UPS, USPS, FedEx, etc.)

Identify the benefits and challenges of using the PECOS system. Determine what is best for your practice: online or paper/mailing of revalidation papers.
