DIGITAL DOWNLOADS
Given the nature of the digital and video download items, we do not offer refunds or credit on these purchases. The purchases are for your use only and are not to be shared, copied or distributed. Permission is given to personalize forms as needed for the individual purchaser.
When you purchase a digital product, you will receive an automated email with your unique membership access to the library of videos, workbooks, continuing education certificates and tool kit. This will remain active for the life of the product. The link and password for login and library contents are not to be shared, copied, or distributed.
REFUNDS
Given the nature of the digital download items, we do not offer refunds or credit on these purchases.
DENIED CREDIT CARD
Membership/Subscription to bi-weekly office hours and Q & A ZOOM sessions, will remain active with a valid credit card. When a payment submission is not received and accepted, an automated notice of pending suspension is sent. Resubmission of valid payment source will be required to continue with access to the weekly virtual programming. Access will be cancelled.
MEMBERSHIPS
Memberships automatically renewed based on the monthly or quarterly charge option selected at original time of purchase.
CANCELLATION of MEMBERSHIP
We want our customers to be satisfied with all our services. Cancellation of membership can be done prior to the next credit card automated charge.
